SP500 Bullish Percent Index is still pointed DOWN even after yesterdays green candle. suggest lower spx in coming hours or days. further, it made a high, then a lower high. rarely does this turn down without at least a 10 point pullback in spx, but it correctly called the ~50 and ~100 point pullbacks
