if IWM were not so weak today, if the iwm red candle wasnt so big, i prob would not have added more spx shorts...but they r rotating and likely to sell spy next

imo, when a trade is acting according to how we want it to act, averaging up instead of down is valid (in this case, additional shorts today were not as good a price as entry 1, but still valid)... add to winning positions....ubstead if avg down on losers

avg down does have its place, IF IF IF it is part of the original plan (for example, we might avg down GDX starter position,,,but it is part of plan, and posted that we thought GDX might go lower before higher)

spxu is near my "add shorts" trgt...and its at the close.
so, i'm adding some shorts here via spxu long...to short spx,,which may "catch up" to the IWM russell that was weak today. swing.

we could  have gotten better pricing earlier in day, but i wanted to see if any buyers showed up before the close. they didn't

i'll add spx swing shorts if SPX moves lower, so above the mkt order placed at 16.51 SPXU above the market if it gets up there today, last 1627.... or later on today i will look at buying SPXU LOWER than 1627 if it doesnt move up first

4pm system: SPX is "almost" on a "take gains on shorts and reverse long" signal, but not yet. as mentioned many times before, often a big move comes at the "almost" part, so we could still see a decent drop in spx before "take short profits" and the long signal comes

4pm sys is a swing system, not intraday. it gives a signal once a day, at 4:00 PM (3:55--3:59 PM) to go long, go short, or hold existing long/short position

i think gold has a good chance of actually breaking lower one more time before moving up, hence the "starter" size" on vdx related

starting another gdx swing position here 21.52 area. it may go lower, break this lower for a lower low, but bought support here on test,,,starter size only, can add more later

also have shorts on russel via TZA, but not adding more now. medium size position.
not really interested in adding more since there are other opps, remain diversified
