The recent trickle up in Russel /YM from about 671 to 700 looks very similar to the 21 point DECLINE from 606 to 585 in July. The July decline was followed by a rally that brought it to 672 or about 65 point rally. Watching for similar decline now from this move up, the inverse of the July similarity..
