if u look at XIV and SPX, the 3min charts are forming that "buy second lower low" for scalps long,,not finished yet but forming, and scaling in could work... also they have the advantage of gap up this morning, which often will retest higher even if gap filled or part filled

i just put in limit orders to buy USLV slilver long at 20.53 if filled, for either swing or scalp... i'll be actively trading it in and out scalp but its also a good swing.....orders are also in the vse port ... may pay a diff price later, but thats my "market open 930am" price
